Fun food thats yummy but stinks

• Fermented tofu that smells like rotten garbage 
•  Made from salt water, fermented milk, veggies, and meat
•  Popular in Taiwan and parts of China
•  Sold in snack stalls, night markets … not in restaurants
•  Invented by Wang Zhi-He in Beijing after failing his exam
•  He started selling tofu, but one day had lots of left over
•  Put them in a earth jar and closed lid … opened many days later
•  Tofu became green, smelly, but surprisingly delicious
•  First timers eat stinky tofu with a clip on their nose
